What it watches

CPU
Total load, user versus system, and every core.
Memory
Used, wired, compressed, cached and free, plus pressure and swap.
GPU
Usage and temperature.
Network
Download and upload speed, totals since boot, the active interface and its IP address.
Disk
Space on every volume, and read and write speed.
Battery
Charge, time left, cycle count, health and temperature. laptops
Temperatures
CPU, GPU and other sensors, named and grouped.
Fans
Speed in rpm.
Power
Watts drawn by the CPU, the GPU and the chip as a whole. Apple silicon
Processes
The busiest apps right now, by CPU and memory.

CPU, memory, network and disk each keep their last 60 readings as a sparkline.

Everything else

In the menu bar
Lives up there, not in the Dock. A face and a short phrase sit in the bar; click for the full panel. Prefer numbers? It can show plain CPU and memory percentages instead.
Poke it
Click the face and it says something. Poke it five times in a few seconds and it loses patience.
Savage Mode
Tap any module and it comments on what it’s doing. In Savage Mode the comments have teeth. Off by default. Not for the sensitive.
Name it
Give your Mac a pet name. It shows above the mood.
Free up
A button that frees up memory. It mostly clears disk cache, so it’s more satisfying than useful.
Your way
Refresh every 1, 2 or 5 seconds. Celsius or Fahrenheit. Launch at login. Turn any module off.
Light on your Mac
While the panel is closed it skips the expensive readings, so it sits close to idle.
Private
No account, no telemetry. It reads your Mac’s own stats and keeps them there. The only thing it asks the internet is whether a new version exists, once a day. Turn that off in Settings › About.
Requirements
macOS 14 or later. Apple silicon gets everything; Intel Macs run it without power readings and some sensors.
